We understand that these are uncertain times and want to reassure you that we have adjusted our cancellation policies to reflect the greater need for flexibility.
All our policies bookable via our website now offer free cancellation up to 2pm same day of arrival. Excluding River Fire and New Years Eve.
Our hygiene practices and cleanliness of our rooms continue to be of the highest level. We are providing hand sanitiser at entrances to the foyer and we are thoroughly cleaning common areas and other frequently touched surfaces with disinfectant multiple times daily.
Our complimentary continental breakfast is still included in your stay. We are now delivering this service to your room until our breakfast room can resume welcoming our guests.
